SSJ 2 100% because of the elctric aure only SSJ 2 have no normel SSJ could have thet kind of aure and he can't go to SSJ 3 because vegeta can't so it will puse his limits(like if you are lifting a stone thet is 1 ton and you give it to someone thet can't do it he will be dead then for vegeto...
