When i try to use it nothing happens. The beam attacks work fine but melee doesnt do anything at all. Hell my characters dont even punch when im just standing there. Anyone know how to fix this?

welp i loaded the fmd and my game works with exception that none the sounds work. The music does but not sounds. Im running win2k pro.
