Maybe Cell could have that attack he used on 17 when he sucked him into him with his tail. He could do this to people but the person getting sucked in would have a PS bar and when they get to the yellow bar, they throw Cell off and he flies like he was getting punched head-on.

No, because all the other characters have melee. BTW this only happens on dedicated servers for me. I guess they disable it? (For trunks)

Maybe your CPU is overheating? When it overheats, it crashes the game for me also.

For some reason I coulden't find it with him. I checked with both SSJ Goku and regular Goku. I scrolled through the slots with a mousewheel I could only find melee, ki blasts, generic ki beam, kamehameha, solar flare, and sensu beans (For both goku's)

Sometimes my games crash (actually its not rare for it to crash) and while the mp3's were playing, it crashed, and now I am typing this message with the mp3 sound, which messed up from the crash, screetching in my ears. How do I stop it without actually turning my speakers off?
