i like it... Way better than anything I could come up with. Just one thing though... On the right, next to 'downloads', it doesn't match the menu bar. Maybe change that a tad... But the rest, i like.

ok, 2 things... 1. Why would a saiyan's hair turn green? The origional reason that a super saiyan would have yellow hair, was because of the perma-glow effect of being super saiyan. Their hair origionally didn't actually turn yellow, it was the aura that made it appear yellow. But because...
