oh so when I type in my key then I have to download the steam version of the game (I logged in through the proxy server steam still does not connect through my pc) I registered my HL cd key on steam and know it says I have to download HL and some of the mods if I want to to play is that right.

When I install ESF on to my WON half life it gives me a error about could not load library client.dll

I did DL steam but it does not work on my proxy even though I have opened ports

finally they activated my account I just put a thread there

It is legit I bought it a couple years back so even if it is WON ESF and steam will still work on it

I have half life but uses WON and I need A steam Half life so is there a way to download a steam platform for hl instead of WON or do I have to buy a new half life and do they sell a steam half life on steam or in a shop around JHB thanx

Steam does not connect, it connects from the proxy server but that thing is way too slow to play anything, I have opened all the ports in the proxy and in my firewall but in the proxy servers firewall there is no option to add custom ports so does anyone know why steam cant connect from my pc...

guys do I have to open ports in my proxy please help
