The SPlited Beam was Just a Controlled Energy Dan, Krillien and Piccolo can do it as well. Though Piccolos is more of his Scatter Shot that can be controlled.

Senzu Beans can be used by anyone, even Buu so Why not give them to him too? Seriusly, it would be redundant to give a character two healing abilties. Even if he ate senzu beans once, he regerated alot more.

I think Cell should get Regeneration, Instead of Senzu Beans. Also When Cell Transforms he Should get a Barrier/Shield Ability like the one he used in the Anime, (he Absorbed this ability from 17, who used it to stop Piccolos Attack).

I think its really about how cells moves dont change when you transform, so they can get old. Plus us Cell players would like a Super Attack when transformed, (Some game sit takes forever to get past 3 mill power so you can have your super Kamehameha's) Though Cell seriusly needs Regneration.

And dont tell me to get good at it, how do you get good when your constaly being double and triple teamed by guys who use nothing BUT MELEE. Now im sure im not the only one who feels this way. Melee is very cheap and sucks and why dont I just play Half-Life normaly if all there is gonna be...

Frieza moveing the rocks around would be real simple. All teh animationw oudl need to be is a large rock coming from below frieaza then he throws it at someone. Like a Regular Attack.

Just thougt of a Funny Attack for Cell, Cell jr bum Rush. Cell charges up and Expels a coupel Cell jr (depending on power lvl) who run in and start attacking guys (controllable) Be really Funny to Watch.
