Ok, I'm installing V.1.2 I choose my steam and it starts installing correctly, but once it gets to the file Openingmp3.. or something like that.. The install crashes.. What do I do?

I'm downloaded this game, which I played a while back... but I notced it really changed since this first came out.. anyways, the thing is I'm using STEAM. Every Game I tried to get in it says My Version differs from the servers.. Isn't 1.1 the new version or are people still playing with...
