The idea sounds a lot like what Blizzard did with Diablo II, how u develop ur character on ur own by playing through single player then u could connect to Battle.net and play with and against other people.

I was just thinking about Capture the Dragonball mode and how the Dragon appears to grant ur wish, well i thought it would be cool to see the Namek Dragon appear on the Namek map instead of the other Dragon. Only a Thought.
