Im gona tell you about Half Life Error, (about ESF Dedicatet Server). That error is not from Steam(ESF,or Valve), that error is from you router(modem) whatever it is. When you check the Local Area Connection in the Internet Protocol(Win XP) or Internet Protocol (Win Vista) you don't have TCP/IP. To FiX this problem, you need another router (another internet). With another words "Get off of that internet"
