That above, and check that you havent selected the bones too by using "select all" when moving your mesh. As far as i can remember that selects bones as well as mesh.
Bit of a mistake here, i accidentely clicked "submit" without filling in the right country and clicked "back" corrected it and resubmitted without thinking that it would count as a double submission

Getting back to the topic at hand...I voted for never using them since i've never played long enough to figure them out or learn them from someone else.

HL animation is really basic. With a fair amount of modelling knowledge its quite easy to pick up.
All you need is Milkshape3d and a nice long mirror to check out your own movements for an idea of how your hl skeleton's joints should operate :)

Hmm, some slight misplacement of a row of poly's makes the arms "very disproportioned"? :rolleyes:
I think you're exaggerating somewhat for something that would take 10 seconds to fix (including exporting back to the 3ds file i'll be using to preview the wip skin)
Look at some refs of Orochi and you'll see the black clothing he wears is fairly baggy around the arms, hence less need for defining arm shape here.
Its 100% ms3d made.
