well idk can u tell me exactlly what i need to do to play online

oka i have esf esx rc2 wit big pack,,i want to know how to play online, i use steam with it and when i choose find servers it say something like cant connect to master server, can someone help me fiz the problem i really wana play online cuz those bots are anoying,, plz reply, thank you
