I really don't see what the point is to create such threads. To complain like a baby or to try and squeeze some pointless answer from the devs or what? Get a life and go do something more productive.
Well after a long chat with the devs I have some real exciting news for you guys. Due to the huge wish from the forum members (exactly 3 people), me and the devs have been working hard into integrating the house model into ESF. Here is a small sneak peak from the actual game of what's to come...
Here's an update just to keep this thread going :) Still needs quite a few details but it's slowly getting there I guess :)
3/4 the way done with textures
Result at the end of texturing with some post production :)
And a version with easier color filters
This one is a personal project that I work on when I want to or feel like it;) Would be so much easier if I had actual plans for the whole house though. This way I have to come up with everything basically.
Well here we go... these are the final 2 shots before the start of the lighting stage and the creation of materials. I'm still not sure how that will go, as I can already see my computer struggling without any complex materials assigned to the objects, so hopefully the project won't stop before...
Glad you guys are feeling this way, so that's what I'm gonna do :)
Some updated to the house: window frames and glass and cloth material with a retracting system for the balconies. Still tons more to do on the actual house, before I can even begin to add furniture and other small objects to it :)
Well time for a new arhitecture projects, this time a personal project. Going to show you different stages of how I work from modeling to the final render.
The following pictures are the product of about 4 hours worth of work I guess. It's all a product of my imagination, no references or...
So I got my first paid arhitecture project. Quite small, but perfect for a beginner such as me. So my job was to create a blueprint of the room layout. Model the whole thing in 3D and product an exterior render and a render of each room on the inside. All of this was based on a sketch that the...
Oh no no... doing arhitecture models does in no way mean you're a 3D master. Houses, interiors etc usually have simple shapes that you can create just by knowing the basic tools in C4D. So no I'm not a 3D master nor will I ever be, I'm a 3D novice if anything.
Haven't posted in this thread in a while... Here are two new houses. The last one is a bit artistic I guess with its saturated automn colors and strong contrast. Let me know what you think :)
