how to multiple ps ? I tried but I cant get it in team mode

How do you do the mps ?

How to mps because when my friend fire a beam to another one whos fired it and I join the ps my beam destruct other ones or kill my opponent. It`s not like on the screens on www.esforces.com where 6 people were fightining. I enabled mps in free moda ,but i tried it in team. Can any one help me...
