    get milkshape here, www.milkshape3d.com I use photoshop for skinning, if u want freeware, try use gimp, http://www.gimp.org good luck for ur first modeling/skinning

    update, add spike, M is more black. I've tried to make the hair a lighter/brighter yellow but It look so weird...so I didn't change it.
