    "Droped due to slot reservation" issue

    Every time I'm trying to join a server I get the "Droped due to slot reservation" (even when there is 1 out of 8 people in the server). When I tryed to make a server when some one tryed to join he "droped". What can I do to fix it?

    Well, the link is working fine but I have a question. Is it for STEAM? Because I'm not using steam because I have the "CD Key was registered or invalid and bla bla bla" problem. Will it help me on WON? -edit: And where do I put the fmod.dll file? into the cl_dlls folder?
