Another thing you could do is actually prepare a heavy or medium kick/punch first. If that hits, then the opponent won't be able to block the next weaker hit. - 1 Heavy hit = 2 undodgable weak hits, 1 undodgable medium hit - 1 Medium hit = 1 undodgable weak hit.
