The version of esf that you downloaded probably has a few corrupt files, try downloading esf again and reinstalling it Unless you brought your files to his computer, this also supports my theory of them being corrupt. Just redownload or get him/her to burn their copy of esf to a cd for you.

I think i know how it works, it changese the ammount of time it takes for the dragon balls to be able to use, not acctual appearing time. I.E. the draggon balls appear, they are stone and you cant pick them up, if u change the spawn time to say... 1, the dragonball become able to be picked up...

what video mode you running? if its software i suggest you change it to openGL or direct3d, if its direct3d i suggest you search the fourms for the solution, this flaw has been answered many times, if switcing to these vid modes dosn't help, its probably becuase you either have a very bad video...
