How do you fix: Could not load Library esfcl_dllsclient.dll ?

I saw other threads about this but none of them helped me. Does anyone have a link or something for me? I've been wanting to play for a while.

ive tried that but didnt work

Just reinstall esf , and if that fails , reinstall everything (steam , hl & esf). Also use the 1.2.3 full installer (life is easier when your'e someone constantly needing to reinstall esf at a net cafe to play online with the patched installer).
