Help with a model question plz

I know there was a previous topic for this but i cant find it.So heres my question,how can you use old esf model,and if you can alpha 2.0 models in esf 1.2?Is it the same as adding current models,like i can download it and just put it in my model folder in the right place,like all models for 1.2.Just wanna know so i dont screw sumthing up and have to reinstall my esf,thx in advance.

all the old alpha models will look like crap , one simple reason being is that they don't have the 1.2 skeleton and i think even if someone did try to convert them it might not work (i think the skeleton sizes are different for 1.2)

The ESF skeleton has been updated since Alpha 2.0.
Try looking on websites such as This for alpha models.
If you try to use a 1.2 model with alpha 2.0, you will get a deformed model in-game. Its best to download HL Model Viewer and check the animations when adding a new model

I already new where to get them just wondered if alpha 2.0 worked with 1.2 but it doesnt and thx for the help.
