Quick question

Is there a serverside console command to change powerlevels? If so, what is it?

Afraid not.

edit/ i asked around in a couple of servers, it seems there is a powerlevel plugin but I haven't been able to find it. If anyone could point me in the right direction (if it exists) that'd be cool.

Go to start, programs, Earth special forces , superbot editor then set the powerlevel for the super bot on 100 million. Then start ESF create game, add superbot,press = for bot menu, then disable bots move and and disable bots search enemy's, then your ready to go just hit him and see your powerlevel skyrocket it only takes like 2 hits then you can transform.... Thank me later...
