The latest version of ESF is 1.2.3. Download the 1.2 models, but not all of the models you download will have all of the animations (particularly advanced melee).

Find all the EVM you need at their website, or ESF-World.

AMX Mod X is probably what most people around here would recommend. There's tons of plugins on their site and elsewhere on the net, as well as ESF-World's plugins section.
