when i start ESF and i go to find server then he says:
could not contact master game server to retrieve server list

pleas help me

you need to use steam, which is located at www.steampowered.com

You also need a legit copy of halflife or counter strike

It could be a number of things, but it's almost always a network problem on your end.

Make sure you're not behind a router that would be blocking your connection, either. If you are, forward these ports.
