when is esf 1.3 finished and when will al those transformations(those like at the news page) will finally done?

Its done when its done. There is no estimated time when v1.3 will be released. All transformations will be included in v1.3, which means you can transform multiple times on a certain powerlevel in v1.3. You might want to take a look in the Beta 1.3 Outline Discussion Thread. But rather don't ask there when v1.3 will be done because you would get the same answer from them like i just said. You'll just have to wait like everyone else
