I know some of these questions are repeatedly asked but i wanna do them again
Some questions and suggestions...
Q:Will SSJ2 and SSJ3 Goku will be added?
Will cells next form be added?
Will friezas 3rd and 4th form be added?

Suggestions:
SSJ2 and SSJ3 should have like electricity around em

Yes, Super Saiyan 2 and 3 will be added in v1.3, that includes also the cell forms. Plus all the Frieza forms as well. Here is a list of the characters / transformations that will be added:

Goku: (SSJ 1/2/3)
Gohan: (SSJ 1/2)
Frieza: (Form 1/2/3/4)
Buu: (EVil Skinny, Super Buu, Kid buu)
Cell: (Imperfect/Perfect)
Piccolo: (No cape)
Trunks: (ssj, ussj)
Vegeta: (ssj 1/2[aka majin])
Krillin: (Mystic Krillin [miss ma fro!])
Andriod 18: (buddy A17)
Ginyu: (buddy guldo/burter/recoom)
