He's selling ESF with EVM installed and the ESF-World Model Pack v1.0 from the looks of things. Someone on the ESF team should report him to eBay and get his account shut down.

Lets see what happens once he selled all of his available copies of ESF.

The only thing that can be done is to report him to ebay.
Maybe he has to pay to ebay then again.
i had to do this when i tried to sell something over ebay where wasnt mine and where was free to download.
I had to pay more then 300 € otherwise the Law would be forced to get the money.

When you see sellers doing this, if you have an EBay account, at least report a listing violation.

Wow, the esf team got owned. Now that this has happened, if Funimation can go out and close ESF down sinc esome jack ass decided to sell the game using copy righted charcters. Wouldn't be surprised to see ESF getting shut down in the next month or so.

Interesting coincidence, I googled Esf yesterday and also noticed this. Except i wasnt going to make a big deal about it. Anyone who sees it SHOULD at least google the game and find out that its free before buying it on eBay. Still I would enjoy seeing someone put him in his rightful place.

I believe the Esf team is still safe from legal action by Funimation. The one who is selling copyrighted material for a profit is the eBayer.

This isn't the first time this has happened and the dev team is usually quick about dealing with this, last I checked. Just send a complaint to ebay and write him a message asking him to pull it.

Reported, though I couldn't send a more detailed message saying how exactly his item is illegal ><;

but what if he not sell esf on the cd maybe he sells the cds with esf on it for those people who have a slow connection and he only want the price for the cds back
then he should have nothing to fear to run in problems with ebay etc or ?

That is still illegal, and EBay specifies that in its policies. The only way that it isn't illegal is if he were not using ebay and he only charged legitimate shipping fees and otherwise gave the cd away for free like gamespy and other services used to.

At least ESF is safe. was worried that you guys would have the law on you and sooner or later you guys would become outlaws, running from the police state by state and living like wild animals.

Pretty much everyone here is all "goodie-two-shoes" around here. I highly doubt the ESF team would have done something illegal.

We're not neccesarily goody two shoes. Just smart enough not to do stupid crap that'd get ESF closed
