what i can do??

It is not very wise to ask for CD-keys here, and you will not get one believe me. If it says it is duplicated, go to www.steampowered.com and I thought in Support they explain you how you can get it to work again (if it is older than 90 days, you will need to pay 10 bucks).

Just as Sicron said we can't condone the passing of CD-Keys. If your key has been stolen you'll have to take it up with Steam itself, we can't help you.
