question about final flash

hey guys sorry i keep on posting noob questions but i really like this game (complements to the guy who made this mod i really LOVE IT!!) but im vegeta and all i have is galick gun and the regular moves no final flash so i was wondering wats wrong thanks ^_^

You have to turn Super sayian in order to have final flash
for that, you must reach a pl(powerlevel) of 2,000,000
