Old Western. This doesn't have a message though it's looks and it's desaturated colors should be it's winner.

lol, I like it. Its in depth, and yet it doesn't have to be hige size! The little "sparkly" lens flare thing is neat too. Got my vote!

O_O since when do they have filesize limits on sigs????

Anyway, the only limit rule was that the sig must not be bigger than 600x200
so, file size has no limit

in other words your sig is too large.

I like Kain's, the effects remind me of a "Turn of the Century" approach.

The tear, and the quality effect, respectively.

I like kains most, so he got my vote. Tht is because I think the effects looks more like western and I don't like b/w pics too much.
