every time goku uses the kamehame ha, instead of saying kamehame and then ha after you release, he says I'm gonna.... and the after you release he says SLAP SOME SENSE INTO YOU!!!!? id love this heh..

This sounds like a Suggestion.

Also, I easily figure a sound file could replace the original Kamehameha one.

Go to your sound foulder. You have all attack sounds in there.

There is also a ha sound.

Just make the "Slap....." thing and name it ha (and make sure its the same format as the ha) and replace the original. And you are done.

is there a special way i have to encode them, or a file size limit or somthing, because i cant start a server now.

As faras i know the sound has to be:

22Khz
MONO

Or selse it crashes your game.

ok i got the sound files, but the kamehameha is WAY too loud to hear goku screamin over it and i dont want to reduce the sound of the kamehameha. is there a way to raise the volme of the im gonna slap some sense into you files without destroying the quality?

Well, you can, but for this you need Sound Forge. It's a great recording program, and it's possible to raise the volume without lowering quality. I tried recording a song with it. Works like a charm. Fortunately, you have a trial period, so you don't have to pay $400 just to make a weapon sound!! Once you get it, I can explain how to do it, if you don't already know.
