What i Wish to know and can't seem to find

Well i have looked through out the forum and found nothing on these 2 things that i wish to know

1. Swooping, how will it work if it is no longer double tap?

2. Melee, i cannot rea that thing they post because i can't get acrobat reader so please someone explain to me in great detail about these 2 subjects thank you

1.) Only team members know how the end product will work. And us beta testers already have a preview of that but it isnt open for public discussion just yet.
