I can't see the pic in this thread, but yeah, its a nifty model. The model opens a bit too wide for my liking, but its nice.

Ah, lava. Reminds me of the old ESF map with Lava, people would hit everyone in it to get easy kills. Fun stuff.

I hope they're small then =/.

No matter what height the fight started at, we'd always find ourselves 2 feet above the lava at the end. Unless both players actively flew back up just to keep the fight going, of course.

I wonder if it'll have the occasional lightning strike?

I have to say, Goku looks pretty badass in that picture.

Woah,thats a Great Pic but....if it is a pic of the planet about to blow up,shouldn't they make Goku's Cloths a bit more damaged & ripped??

You can't have different models depending on what map you're on. Although it's a cool idea, it's just impractical.

Hmmm,i'm thinking,maybe this can be on everymap.For example when your hp goes to..lets say 20hp,your cloths rip..?? I dunno make it more realistic.

That would take way too much time. There are 34 models in 1.3 [according to this thread]. Essentially, you'd have to reskin and possibly reanimate 34 different models for a minor feature.

that and it wouldn't make sense. Lets deduce 2 possibilities of why your clothes would be ripped.

1) Physical fighting. Except fists don't rip clothing. Either someone's fighting with a sword or something, or they're not punching each other. They're, in fact, grabbing each others clothing and ripping it.

2) Energy blasts. In this case, it would disintigrate all their clothes and not just rip them...in this case, after 1 blast each person would be naked.

I would think being thrown into mountains and sliding along the ground would cause rips and tears in your clothing.

Still, I dont think its necessary.

Great POTW...man, you beta testers must be having the time of your lives, even if 1.3 still has lot's of tweaking to refine.
