Powerstruggles, how will they work exactly...?

I've seen you talk about them in another thread, but I never fully understood what happens.

I've seen that with the new system, you both blast each other with a beam, then the struggles begins...

If I understood it right, you can put more power into the beam as sorta 'bursts'?

I understand that you can activate turbo in 1.2.3 and boost your beam that way, but I remember you talking about the burst thing, is that correct?

For example: Gohan is fighting cell and they are on the final kamahamah, and Gohan does a huge 'burst'. Is it similar to that?

i hope there are some better sound effects for beams now cause those vids you showed grega still hurt my ears lol
it isn't exactly a sound you can play on high volumes.
but if i remember correctly you guys use a mp3 system for this now right?
