3D Software and texture

Hi!
I would like to make 3D and texture in Esf.
But I cannot which software take and how to make use of it:-/
Could you advise me a simple software of 3D and texture has to use

Photoshop - also a free trial on their website (PM if you want to have a full version

For modeling you can use 3dsmax too, but Milkshape is more basic and easier to use.

Milkshape, Blender (free?), Lightwave, Maya, 3DS Max for 3d.

Photoshop, Painshop Pro, The Gimp (free) for texturing.
