First, that IP won't work. That's a local area network (LAN) IP which can only be accessed by people who are connected to your computer's network. To get your real IP address, you can use sites such as: http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Also, are you using steam?

lol! i know how to make non steam server. i never could make steam server cuzz i dont know how to find esf trough steam. can anyone explain how to do that plz.
