Water Shaders

<hr><p>Good afternoon, everyone! For those that are interested in looking at the beauty of Earth's Special Forces 1.3, you've come to the right place! Today we'll be featuring one of the newest shaders: water.

<p>For the past month, Raven and Jason has been working together as a tag team to finish the outstanding looking water shaders that have been in development. After all of the hard that they've been dedicating on this shader, it's finally almost done! So please enjoy a video of the brand new water shader that has been in development. Water splashes made by Dalte.</p>

Seriously... This looks like a game that should be on the PS3 and 360 now... It has grown compared to its older forms. I mean it looks great!

You mean we haven't told anyone yet 1.3 is on hl2?

A DragonballZ mod made on a farcry engine....you really surprised me now.


Edit: come to think about it, esf looks even better than farcry. RIGHT ON!!!

I wouldn't say that this is a game that should be on the PS3 or 360, but I get what you're saying. Raven and everyone else has put hard work into this mod and it's all totally worth it.

Now that I look at it. There is only one thing I see about Goku that looks odd is his Undershirt. It seems a bit low in front.

But yea, this game could easily beat Budokai Tenkaichi and Budokai 3.

OMG! I am like blown away at all the details put into the maps and the shaders from those islands and water look stunning. If you were to make that video and we did not know it was ESF you would think it was for the next gen consoles and was a cut scene watching Goku fly over the water like that. Awesome job guys. I think that map could be one of my favorites.

to bad damaera din't turn on all of the new stuff to , I think damaera like's to see you suffer ) anyway that's just a normal day in beta testing for us there is still time to join our BT squad

Beautiful. Either the maps are now 2x the size they used to be, or swoop has been slowed down.
I'm liking the fact that you can now swoop as much as you want, it gives a hint of how much game mechanics have changed.
And the water is just awesome.

Mechmod? Whats that?

Mechmod is a mecha based Half-Life 1 mod that a lot of people from the ESF team worked on. Think Gundam.
