In Dragonball GT Vegeta used a attack against Baby Gohan that I'm not sure what it is. After he was thrown in the wind mill he became a SSJ and beamed Gohan with something that looked like a blue attack. Was it one or was it some attack that i don't know of?

It was green, and it was called Final Shine.
