Thats not your IP.

Thats your LAN IP. Meaning its not rechable outside your LAN Network. If you want to give out the server IP then go to this site -> http://www.whatsmyip.org/

The number on top is your IP ^^

STFU already.

To create a dedicated server, download HLDS Update Tool from Steam website, download Half-life ("valve") content with it, install ESF into HLDS folder and then launch the server with hlds.exe file.

do you want a server that is hosting all the time (called a dedicated server), even when you are not playing, or do you just wish to run a server when you are playing (called a "listen" server) and wish people to join?

I think that is the first thing that should be answered, only because you start each type of server in a different way.

Grega wasnt being rude, you misunderstood him.

A listen server is a server you create and play on your machine.

A dedicated server is a server running on its own on a separate computer to what you would play on.
