Nope, as Grega said, you need HL1 which is about $5-$10. But, a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, you were able to play ESF with CS before CZ was released.

Yeah man, as Grega and Dam said, you need HL1 to play Steam. Oh, and it used to be able to play ESF with CS, but this got ****ed up a long time ago in a galaxy far far away when Conditional Zero came out.
