You need to BUY Half - Life in order for ESF to work properly. If you've done that, and have downloaded steam, you need to make sure that you run Half Life through steam by entering the CD - Key that you have gotten when you bought Half Life. Run Half Life once before installing ESF and it should all go well. Open Steam, double click ESF and off you go to play.
The reason I wrote this, is becouse I am ASUMING that you are incorrectly importing Half - Life through Steam, or maybe that you do not properly understand the intended use of Steam through out the instalation of the ESF modification.
Now IF you have done what I said in the above section, you should not need anykind of IP to access a server of your own currency. Also, requesting an IP just like that can be kind of difficult for a member of this forum to give, due to that there are many servers coming from all different countries and the fact is, that, only few of these servers might firmly grasp your internet connection.
