Hey I need some help.

Ok, I use STEAM and I have Half live one and two.
I have Downloaded the installer (Esf beta 1.2)and installed the game and it says I did.
But when I go to games I cant find Third Party game mods anywhere???:scared:
I just see Installed games and Uninstalled games?

did you install it to your half-life folder?
c:\program files\steam\steamapps\yourname\half-life
also esf only works with the normal half-life not half-life source...
if you installed it correctly esf should appear in your installed games in steam my games.

Ah man. I have Half-Life source...shoot!
So you mean their is no other way?
Do they gave a mod for half life 2?

well sorry but esf is only for half-life one not source so you cant run it on source
and esf isnt gonna have a version of the mod for half-life 2 because its too much work to make it on a new engine
if you really want esf you can buy half-life 1 which costs under 10$ on steam

I have a question. I hav a 3rd mod problem to. My half life is in D:\Sierra\Half-Life
Is that a problem. Should I replace it to steam folder. Help me plz. I wanna play online.

if you want to play online buy half-life and register the cd-key on steam

Ok, well thanks tho.
Ill try to buy a copy one of these days.

I have my ID on Steam. But I don't have that damn third mod party. So should I move HL folder to Steam Folder or not?

do you have an half-life cdkey?
if so open up steam login to your account click on the games tab and click activate a product on steam then follow the menu and when they tell you to enter your product code write your hl1 cdkey and if its valid you can have half-life on steam
that is if you have a legal half-life
if not you cant play esf online

I have CD key. Does it meen it is legal. Got it from my friend. We both use same CD key and it works (offfline)

that cdkey wont work for steam so you cant play online

How much (in Euros if possible) costs origin HL?

shouldnt be much its sells for very cheap

I bought mine for about 20 euros. But that was 3 years ago when i lost my old STEAM account. Should be round 10 to 15 now.

Or if you are buying through STEAM itself its $9 wich is less then 10€

Less than 10 over Steam! Go to Store then search Half Life. 2nd one down. You need a credit card though... and some people don't trust Steam...
