Where can i download ESF 1.3 ?

Hehe thanks dude...I thought ESF 1.3 is not released yet...i was waiting so long Finnaly...But do i need the patch cause i get error when i try to lounch the game???
When i try to create in console it says: Host_Error: DispatchUserMsg: Illegal User Msg
(Im using Half Life...Do i need Half Life 2 or what?)

No you need STEAM ^^

And that isnt 1.3 its the open beta of the 1.3

Its the same unfinished version that the beta testers play.

Do you run Half-Life / Earth's Special Forces through Steam? If not, use your valid key with your Steam account. Then Download Half-Life, and Install Earth's Special Forces. But in this case, extract the OpenBeta folder in your steam/steamapps/username/half-life directory.

The error you got is kinda typical for WON if trying to run 1.3

So i figured that may be the case.

I dont understand what are you trying to tell me...In steam folder there isnt "username" in "steammaps"...

One more thing: How can i play ESF online with other players?I need to install and download ESF with Steam?

In what folder in Steam to install Half Life ?
Ex: C:/Steam/....

no thats not how you install it (that wont work).
anyway from what you said i understand you dont have a legal copy of half-life .
if you wanna play esf open beta you need to buy half life(abaut 10$)
and register the half-life cd key on steam then you can download half-life through steam.
thats the only way to play open beta.

I bought Half Life 1 from store with CD key,but not from Steam...Is there way to put Half Life in "My Games" in Steam?

open steam and click on games and then on actiave a product through steam.
click next and then i agree then write your cd key and click next again.

P.S when i download game with Steam it goes to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps...

Yes, just enter the cd-key in to steam via the small menu:

menu>activate a product

And there you go.

edit: damn, liad beat me to it

after you finished downloading half-life open the game once and then exit if you dont esf will not work .
after you do that put the openbeta folder in your steamapps half-life folder
then restart steam and you should have esf open beta in your steam games list

well thats means that your cd key is registered on someone else's account.
there is two things you can do. buy another half-life(i reccomend you that if you do. buy it through steam network that way there is no chance that your cdkey will be already used).
or you can email steam support asking for them to reset your cd key
but for that you need to either send them a picture of your recipe or a picture of your game box showing your cdkey.
just know that if you email them it takes ages for there support to responde

nope it can only work on a steam with a legal and registered copy of half-life
