I like the first one, it has this.. weird feeling to it. And weird is good.

The stock on the second one could use some blending though, and the scanlines could be a bit less obvious But the text fits perfectly, even though I can't read the bottom bit.

You need to work on your backgrounds, they hardly ever match the flow or the render.
