Is there a list of what's been added? I can't check as I'm waiting for a new PC and am stuck on a Pentium 3 laptop...

Why don't you check out the links? You'll see the change log. HL2Files (Half-Life 2 Files) always has a change log added within the description, either way:

[*] New features
- You respawn as your old class when you die while bodychanged
- Now spawning 'frog-inside-ginyus-body' when bodychange fails
- The frog can (wall)jump (again?) now
- Can't switch with the buddy while being a frog now

[*] Bug fixes
- Fixed "red CF bar no longer fills" bug
- Fixed "Permanent Body Change" bug
- Fixed "Pumping PS Ball Always Travels in Straight Line" bug
- Fixed "Bodychange from frog does not lift frog-like movement restrictions" bug
- Fixed "PS origin point moves .. stuff. blah" bug
- Fixed "Crash with ginyu Frog when blocking an energy attack" bug
- Fixed crashing bug with kiblob
- Fixed potential crash bug at startup

Those who have downloaded the patch before this message, might want to re-download if you are wanting to use it for Linux. The patch never had the Linux files, but that has been resolved now. Thanks for Liad for notifying me, I created the patch this morning fast due to I was in a hurry.. I just missed the Linux files, that was all.

I've updated both Patch & Full version with some slight modifications. Both now have the esf icon, the demo file in the full has been removed, and the bot folder within the patch has been removed as well. Further then that, I've also re-named the name you see within steam:

As you can see, I added a version number just after the Open Beta

.

Handy to see which version you are exactly using.
