A17 and A18 will (the team say) have a special unik attack heck who knows just wait for the game

well since they are both twins and pretty much equal in strength in the show...

How about a reason why you think that's the case? they seemed pretty equal to me...
17 didn't seem to get any extra cybernetic implants that 18 didn't also have.
And their moves were mostly the same...
It's not like one of them completely overshadowed the other when fighting.

I hope they do get a cool unique tag team attack or something... can't wait to see what the team might have planned for them.

And yeah, 17 will be roughly about the same strength as 18, you can switch between them once you attain him to play whomever you prefer.
