thumbnail.......

I dled the open beta from that rapidshare link and all i get is a thumbnail..........

I downloaded myself all 3 files and the archive ended up being damaged for me. =/

I'm downloading it ATM... But they dont look like any kind of compressed file???

I haven't tried it yet, but I know that the .7z extension is unique to 7-Zip (you might find other programs out there that can open .7z files though).

Yeah, I tried that one and what not, Winrar, Winzip =/ nothing did the trick, it appeared damaged in all of them.

i hope i got better luck^^

Winrar takes care of those as well ^^

Could it be possible he used a program to split it into 3 files???
Since they have numbers in the end.... 001, 002, 003

He did, the file size ends up to be 185MB if I remember correctly, the Beta in HL2 Files and the Torrent is 230MB...
Perhaps it's just more compressed but it also might be the reason why it got damaged...

you could always use the torrent

sv i had a problem but with the torent download of esf 1.3 saying that it's corupted but just rename the file and add .rar at the end and it worked

My torrent is going at it for 5 hours now and it's at 15% or so 3;

Yeah but I was talking about the 3 files downloaded from Rapidshare, the 185MB version...if anyone else can confirm these files are not corrupted then I'll keep redownloading it untill it works.
