turbo ----- recharging ki

so when you are recharging you're ki and if you press turbo, does it recharge faster or give a certain efect?

no it doesn't, it just increases your pl normally

actually slower since having turbo on drains ki continuously

It causes you to take less damage due to higher PL but thats all.

We're not sure why, but it is harder to hit a person using turbo and easier for the turbo user to hit someone not using it. Some people say it pushes your hitboxes forward or backward. I don't know. I just know that if you can manage your ki, you'll be hitting a lot more often if you're using turbo.
