should work, though i havent tried yet. open beta is not a complete version, a lots bugs in there =_=

Yes AMXX works with 1.3 OBF, however I remember normal Metamod having issues with it so you may need Metamod-P.

There's quite a few differences between how things work in 1.2.3 and 1.3 OBF, so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work.
