You know best what stage you are with the game, so the game will appear this year or next year?

No one actually knows. And we aren't lying. It all depends how fast devs work and how much time they spend working. E.g i've almost done my map, but i have a lot of little details that i have to make, and it takes time. I can estimate that i will finish the map in 4 days, but things changes - bugs are found, i'm not satisfied with results - and results into remake and more days in developement.
So basically - maybe, but maybe not.

Another decade seems about right. But just think of the hardware! We've already gone from Pentiums to i7s...

Meh, decade is way too long. Maybe MAX 2 - 4 years
Next will be from i7s to Quantum Q500. Basically you will be able to play it on 120FPS with ultra high effects, that you haven't ever seen. Rendering grass in all map and everything else by just using some watts.

in the words of Robiz we play ESF:Final in 5 years and that with very luck..

I still think this project seriously needs some more advertising to get more people in to step up to work on it.

I mean look at mods like 'Skywind'. Barely a few years in development and it's as close as hell to a full release and even if that game is like the moon and ESF is Saturn if I were to compare the amount of work that needs to be put in on building new things from scratch, more people could still make a significant difference.

It's too bad this DBZ licence is owned by such scary people and none of the big Youtubers (at least none that I know of) covered it.

Well if you want to believe that then feel free to do so.
And we do say to you as well that we dont know when the release wil take place.
And like everyone else you have to wait as well.
When a release date is known the team surely will let everyone know.

This is pretty much the best representation and answer you can get. And even when it hits 100%, it can get back to like 70%.

Yeah, I give it two years max. So much has still not been shone. The focus so far seems to be on Goku, Frieza, Vegeta. So I'm guessing all the characters still need work somewhere, all the maps touching up and rigging, effects still have placeholders, and audio needs to be cleaned and worked in. The team has come far, and so have we. But hey Dragon Ball Xinoverse can hold us over maybe until then.
