This wouldn't happen. No one is that casual about banning people -- Mkilbride was banned because he refused to take down the leaked video he uploaded to youtube. He didn't think he did anything wrong.

I dunno man, if that site actually contained the game I think it would be taken a lot more seriously. It obviously doesn't, but I'm just saying.
