This is not Zeq2. I personally find that a locking system doesn't work with DBZ. Besides, people flying past eachother adds to the tension and excitement of having to either barrel back around to fly after the person you missed, or keep flying and hope the person you dodge doesn't catch up.
As far as I'm aware, the ESF lock-on is soft and constant aim on the proper target is needed in order for the beam to follow. Locking on a person will highlight him appearently, even for melee purposes, though it wil not allow for "aimbot potential" since it's not a hard lock-on, meaning your character will not automaticaly, physicaly follow the target being locked on.
